I can't view all of the sovereign's stats (for ex. intelligence) because it doesn't fit on the page and there is no button on the bottom right corner to turn the page.
My system resolution is 1920x1080. My game resolution is 1768 x 992 (windowed -- btw when windowed mouse edge scrolling does not work at all)
But I think the important variable is that I made a custom sovereign which has as you can see a lot of Strengths.
hey op, i've reported this multiple times myself... i don't think they care.
i get this too, also try the option "clip cursor" that may help with your edge scrolling
