Coming back to Elemental?

Ok, so I'm sure a LOT has changed since the game was originally released?  The original documentation that shipped with the game was pretty sketchy, but I'm guessing so much has changed since then that totally NEW documentation would be virtually required for anybody who doesn't want to feel totally lost when learning how to play?

As a pre-order customer "returning" to see how Elemental has progressed since release, I am wondering if the game is adequately documented in its current state? 

Is there any up to date manual or tutorials to help players who are either new to the game or have been away so long that they may as well be total newbies?
