Windows 7 gadgets and their pesky snapping!!

Does anyone know, is there a way to make Windows 7 gadgets NOT snap to the screen edge? I really hate that!

Try right click on the gadget and look for preferences. If there is see if there's an option to clear it.

Nope. The right click options are pretty limited.
