UI Placement Options for Eyefinity

I just want to know if there are any options to resize or move any of the UI elements. I am trying to play on an eyefinity setup but the build menu is always on the far left screen.

Is there anyway to link everything to the middle screen. If there is a file I can mess with please point me in the right direction.
