[question] has anybody had a strange noise quest since elemental's release?

back in beta 3 & 4, I always got the strange noise quest, but since the release I have not had a SINGLE game where the strange noise quest actually activated, and I even added a copy of the quest with a different trigger level and internal names, and it did not trigger either, and I always play with all options ON

has ANY BODY had the strange noise quest actually activate?

None of the city pop triggered quests work. I slightly recall the strange noise one, but I remember the escorting the knight quest. There are 4 or 5 quests which don't trigger right now. I guess they removed the ability to trigger a quest from city population.

elanaahova the xml is still in ewom and was also in the beta's 2-4, but it has NOT activated in any of the games I have played since release and as it is supposed to trigger at a capital pop of 30, and it costs either 5 mana to gain two ebenwolfs or a hard battle for a chance at some herbs(according to the xml)
