Arcane Temple not producing Arcane Knowledge??

Don't know if this is a bug or not so I am posting here first in case I am missing something.

An Arcane temple is within my city zone of control though it is not close to any other city structure.  The arcane temple may be in the zone of control of two cities....I don't know how to check what city controls it.

Anyway, I built an Arcane Temple on the site ... and clearly it is built.  However I do not see the impact of the additional Arcane resource points I assume I get.  I don't see the 5 points in either nearby city, nor did the additional points reduce the research time for the spell I am researching. 

Am I doing something wrong?

Are you sure it has finished constructing? Click on the resource to find out if it is still building (it will say 0 seasons left - this is a bug, that means it's not finished). If it is finished, it will say to the left what city it is linked to.

Ahh ya it said zero ... a bit confusing eh ..further it does not show up in any cities build que.  Thank you for the quick reply.

"wild" improvements don't use the city construction queue, which is a good reason not to connect to a resource before it is complete
