Still can't play campaign, seriously Stardock??

Here we are at 1.11, and I still can't play the campaign without hitting a gamebreaking bug.

I remember a lot of people had problems getting past the first "barrier", this time when I get past it and get my Pioneer to build a second Kingdom the game does not register that I indeed did build the kingdom, and that's that. Thanks to that I cannot get past that part of the game.

This is getting pathetic.

TBH the campaign kinda sucks anyway. I agree there are many issues in it.. but I think they should just remove the silly thing and replace it with some easy to build tutorials until they find the time to fix it(or never fix it far as i care.. dev time is being well spent in the core game as far as i'm concerned). So I don't keep seeing the same complaint over and over about a campaign thats pretty much just a tutorial with a storyline. :digichet:

Meh the campaign is a dumbed down version of the real game anyway, forget about it and enjoy where the fun and real game is; in the sandbox mode.

Yeah I usualy never play campaigns in these games anyway.

There's little point in even playing the campaign whether it works or not.

There are some pretty damn good mods... they make the campaign kinda redundant in my opinion. Also, once the next major update happens the mods that people colaberate on should be awesome. Replacing the current campaign with a short adequate tutorial sounds like a good idea to me Fistalis.

I have to admit, i did like the campaign and was disappointed when it ended (liked teh story). But to be honest you arent missing much, in fact, if you only play the campaign, your missing out BIG time ;). I would agree with the above, if its that buggy, scrap it until they have the core bugs and mechanics worked out, then add it in via episodic content or something.

Agreed - Elemental could have no campaign as far as I'm concerned - I never play campaigns and haven't even looked at this one. Just feel too boxed into a storyline when I want to set my own path.
