Military Breakthrough - crash to desktop

I have included the save game.  I load it, I have 3 active stacks, I give them all orders and they march off, then I hit next turn, the turn processes, I reach my next turn, I finish my research and get the breakthrough dialog box, then the program crashes.

Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit.   I've put the files here:  http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17772198/Elemental1_1-2010-12-31T23-40-40-665.zip

it's got the debug.err file, the save file, the dump file.

Let me know if I can provide anymore details.  If you guys have a symbol server, I can look into the dump file.  :-)

One of the empires you were fighting in Elemental used a new tactic on you and invaded your desktop?  Wow... I hope they don't get loose on the www ...   jk...
