Activation key invalid

Hi, 

 

I just got this game the other day from my local game shop and have been enjoying some of the single player and thought i would try it online. but when it comes to entering my online keycode it keep on saying its invalid in the impulse window. I've tried it every way possible, with capitols, without capitols, with the - and without but it won't work. what can i do to get this to work?

Make sure you've got all the close characters like o and 0 correct, and it should be entered with dashes, iirc. If that doesn't work, [email protected]

Hi i have the same problem I bough the game and the downloaded the Impulse client after i try add my game but it's said my code invalid (Ref204 ) What can I do ?

Did you buy the game digitally from Stardock? If so login with the same account on Impulse and look under your games, It should be listed. If not contact the support email.

Did you buy a new retail game? Was it packaged and sealed? If so contact the support email.

Did you buy a used version of the game? Used versions are already registered and can't be re-registered. You might try contacting Stardock, maybe they will work something out with you (who knows).

I buy in a local shop, sealed boxed :S I try Register in the menu after impulse and didn't work after all.
