Multiplayer Nonexistant

I just purchased this game, I clicked on multiplayer before updating the game, it said I had to have the latest updates to play multiplayer.

So I went to impulse and updated game, after the game had been fully updated I once again clicked on multiplayer, nothing happens all you get to see is the background moving. I do not get any boxes popping up for multiplayer just a blank screen. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how have you resolved this problem? >:(

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.

The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.

Hi Kryo, thanks for responding. I checked the debug file, there are 11 pages of debug messages. Not sure what I should send there is only one refference to multi-player.

The funny thing is there is no error in game it just seems to hang. Nothing apears on screen when you click Multi-player, though hitting Esc it will take you back to the main menu.

If it's stopping while loading fonts, it's likely something's just corrupted--try reinstalling via Impulse.

I have put my debugger file on pastebin, hopefully there is something there that will help you figure out what is wrong with my game. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game has not worked.:annoyed:
