[Bug (or feature?] [1.1] Soveirgn doesn't have to meet int requirements, Champions however do

With me my Soveirgn can cast any spell regardless of the int requirements (25 or soemthing like that, he has 18). However my imbued champions do have to meet the requirements. So it could be a feature I don't know about.

 

However even if it gets fixed it would be nice if int would contribute more to the spells effects but well that's another topic.

Yeah, it's a feature. It's easy to change, though, if you want the sovereigns to have Int requirements.

Ok thanks for the quick reply!

The UI doesn't make this clear... So my points on int are mostly wasted since until now few spells profit from high Int.

 

I guess changing it is possibly through some XML? But well it's weird and misleading but if stardock thinks this is best I'll probably let it stay that way as a bonus for the real channelers who are mightier ;-)
