Game has already started?

For some reason whenever my friend goes to join my match, it shows him for a split second and then tells him the match has already started. I tried doing the same with him hosting and the same thing happened. This only happens on Diplomacy, we've played before on Vanilla, and havnt tried Enforcement. Any ideas?

That might be a firewall issue.
