Is it OK that sovereign does not limited by minimum intelligence requirements of the spells? Is it a bug or was intended this way? If it's intentional then what the meaning  of intelligence stat for sovereign? Why would anyone spend stat points on it ? In any case the description of that stat is wrong - it does not determine or affect power of the spells, or is it a bug?

What with caravans limit?  It's not shown anywhere in city screen. Is it lifted? Also previously caravans provided food, now they add 10% to gold?

Using magic "eats up" all your action points in combat. Is it intentional change? It's a bit strange that you can move , fight then use magic, but if you use magic first you can't do anything more.

1. Intended, it affects some spells like spell blast.

3. Ya now they effect gold. I'm not sure about the limit.

2.Intentional, it is a quick fix that will be changed to a more permanent solution down the road. People complained because that you could kill entire armies before they even got a turn.

Thanks.

1. For 1) it would be really nice to know what spells it affects, for example in spell help.

For 3) I think it's a bit wrong, the more correct thing will be to make it use spell casting only once per tern, just like other "special abilities" but "eat" only 1 action point.

It tells you whether or not a spell uses INT in the spell description.
