I was in the middle of updating elemental via impulse when my system froze.  When I subsequently tried to resume after rebooting the system the progress report seems to endlessly say "preparing download".  Is this a normal lag (ie. impulse is currently slow) or is it because of the crash?  Thanks for any suggestions anyone has.

I have since been able to download the patch by aborting the download and restarting but the behavior was odd.  It was very slow for ~100-200k/s until it was about 60% complete then it suddenly started downloading at 0.8-1M/s.
