Freeze and Hard Reboot

Hi,

I just purchased Elemental and started a campaign. I am having an issue when using the shop in my first settlement. I build a settlement and an item shop appears. When I access the shop the game freezes, then the screen turns black while audio is heard looping in the background. I can not ctrl/alt/del. The only option I have is to do a hard reboot. This happens every time I access the shop. Any idea what might be happening?

Elemental v. 1.10

Win 7 64bit

ATI 4850 Video Card

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.

The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.
