(1.1) Taking over a City and the lands not updating automatically

Is anyone else experiencing the issue of taking over a city and the lands not updating from Empire to Kingdom? I still control the city, but it's all dark and gloomy.. lol.  If I save the game, then load the game the lands are updated correctly.  This didn't start happening till one of the later 1.09 beta patches.  I've tried creating different games, but the results are still the same.

The lands are supposed to update once every year now, instead of once every season. However, if this doesn't happen, then its a bug.

Yes I noticed this in the later 1.09 betas. Save/Reload fixes it.

Same here, empire land stayed after many years. Reloaded and all the cities were green.
