what type of things not going in the game

Could someone please point me in the direction of threads where frogboy has said what type of things will probably not be in the game, goblins and fearies and such i would appreciate it. Trying to get a feel for the lore of the world tks.

Stuff like races and such are already being modded in!  Check out Heavensfall wonderful stuff, not to mention many of the other modders rolling stuff out.  There are even mods for Dragonlance, MoM, a Zombie mod, and others.

err, im actually thinking of the official material, i know about the elf mod and undead mod - but it is the cannon material i am thinking about at the moment. I did not enter the spell contest because i can't get the official storyline and content straight. I know what i want to see in the game, i want to know what they are offering in the official pipelines. I plan on doing a mod in the future with my daughters help depending entirely on how well the 3d modelling works out with the free software otherwise i can't do it.

I will sort out the 3d modelling after christmas, too much to do atm lol

oh, yes and the doctor who stuff I LOVE IT

 Looking forawrd to seeing what you come up with Glowing_Ember . Crrently I'm searching through all the mods that are playable with 1.1 atm, need something better than the stand alone game or I will put EWoM down. Got so fed up with my last game that I actually went and spent time with familly... godz.. what a f-ing mistake that was... Never, ever go spend time with familly if not Not allready in a good mood.

 So, I'm not much of a modder myself ( I may sit down & try something...when I'm sober ) anything I can do to help (with my limited knowledge) feel free to ask. (donations of $$$ are a no go, but :beer:   I got plenty off to share.)O:)

Undead and necromancy don't seem to be going in, they've said before that it's not something they want. Aside from that and "high fantasy" races, I'm not really sure I can think of anything else.

I can only believe the Undead are awaiting the expansion as a distinct 3rd faction in opposition to the other two.

Because it boggles the mind to think that in a high-fantasy world of uber magic....nothing comes back from the dead. Not wanting Elves and Dwarves, that I can buy. Not wanting Undeath on a stylistic basis? That just seems bonkers, given how generic other parts of Elemental are. So I think that's just stallilng.

I mean, MoM won me over immediately when my first summon spell was an ethereal scout spirit. I just sat back and said "that kicks ass."

 I read the book recently Glowing_Ember. If you get your hands on a copy it should give you a good idea in regards to the lore of the world. Regarding future material under consideration for future developments... well I can't answer that; I'm just a fan of SD, not anyone important. :grin:
