[1.1] CTD moving on cloth map

Here's the debug.err

I was moving a group of 2 heros and the soveriegn on the cloth map. Just locked up for about 20 seconds, and then went CTD. Had just founded a second city, had probably 5 troops total on the gameboard. Nothing building in the capital, just building huts in the just founded city
