I checked the in game options but I do get a lot of screen tear when I move the map. Is there a Vertical Sync option I am missing under the video settings?
If you're not seeing one in the options then there probably isn't. I don't know if there's a way to force it as a command line option. Another option is to force vsync in your OS video card settings.
Wow, if you're having that much tearing, then the VSnyc will just cause stuttering. I suggest you turn some effects down instead.
