[BUG 1.10] Custom fraction, no habitation tech!

Just started a game with custom fraction and sov, and Ive noticed (and started a second game, and loaded it to check) that I don't have the proper living tech as selected in the fraction. 

debug.err and saved file + custom fract and sov provided.

The Habitation tech (Proper Living) is for Empires only.  You've choosen to play as a Kingdom, so Habitation is unavailable.  Unfortunatly we aren't told this when making a custom faction.  So I've posted a list of which techs belong to who... link

Is this a bug or a failure to properly inform us of stuff? Because i thought i found the first bug. I was so happy. But you beat me by 2 minutes. Also, You must be careful, just like when teching adventure. Nothing is labeled in this game. Reasearch is your only hope.

Where you playing as an Empire?  Habitation is an Empire tech so it should only work for them.  I first realized this a few beta versions back.  lol I did this in a bunch of games before I finally happened to check my "completed research" list and saw that a custom tech was missing.

 

EDIT:  I think it's just a failure to properly inform, Cerevox.  And an aspect of the UI which needs refinement.  The faction specific items should be greyed out when we make the selection for Kingdom or Empire.  It was present during the betas so I suppose you may have that first bug report honor afterall.
