Dramatize much? This is hardly a HUGE BUG.

Except I'm pretty sure that I saw Frogboy or someone say it was fixed, which implies a huger, hidden bug.

I was under the impression that world difficulty was dissociated from faction difficulty on purpose at the request of the community.

It did the same to me, but when I looked further in, they where set correctly, it appears to be a once off display bug, relay odd!

Its linked, you change world, and it changes all fractions by default, you can then change the fractions around after

That's correct, but it's supposed to inherit from world difficulty if faction difficulty isn't explicitly set.

So, not a bug, but a feature, and certainly not a Huge Bug.

It still saves your settings for difficulty so idk what the big complaint is about.

Personally I'd rather set my factions once than have the world difficulty override it each time I start a new game so I'm happy with how it is :P

Ah, yeah, that would be more convenient, I agree.

You may want to try a ridiculous world difficulty setting before you think changing this is a good idea. There is a good reason I usually set world to hard and then set AI to Ridiculous 'manually'. I also like to mix up some hard and extreme AI too, to theoretically create imbalance between AIs leading to smarter ones crushing dumber ones.

well maybe i as a little high, or soemthing but damn if i kept settin gthe game to ridiculous i would be pissed if i kept getting normal opponents. lol this is fuckin hilarious though. i should try adding more dramatized posts just to see what happens.
