Glowing Spots

Has anyone else noticed that after you you enter a ruin or hut  or whatever and it disappeares, there is a glowing spot left on the ground where it was?  Some sort of magical radiation residue maybe?  If you hang around it too long maybe your kids will be born with 2 heads and shoot laser beams from their eyes.  Which would be kind of cool actually.

What version are you playing? I haven't seen this happen since from around release.

It;s my little addition to the game, i hacked stardock and modified their game code to do that.

Wasn't there actually a roguelike where prolonged exposure to magic would cause you to mutate randomly?  Dungeon Crawl, maybe?

well that was a relief. because you really shouldn't come on here for medical advice.

Posted this in a few beta changelogs already. Hopefully someone is working on it but it might be pushed back to 1.2. Honestly there are much higher priority things that need to be taken care of before the countless smaller bugs are worked on.

End of Ratatosk7's quote

Iagree that it is a minor bug, since it has no affect on gameplay.  I just mentioned it because I was wondering if something was wrong with my video card.

Noticed the same glowy spots.

The glowing spots are still around in 1.1.  My current game looks like the continent had an outbreak of measles.
