Dang, it seems in between me starting this this morning and finishing up you have gone live with 1.09t

Two folders 01 and 02, basicly before the first crash and after, file names relate to the point numbers bellow from one game I started this morning.

A) I didn't notice the insane health of units bug, as I was playing on a lower setting to speed things up.

 

b) I didn't see as much unit stat corruption or multiple combat as i have in the recent past.

 

Files in folder 01

BUG- 0A) Intro ignores values in the games sound settings
BUG - 0b) fraction creator - You can't change the map colour

BUG - 02 - received a map to a lost city, its not displaced on the map at all, happens about 1 in 10 games
BUG - 05 - Lost goods not showing on map, on reloading the saved file 5, they show on the map, this has been around for a while
BUG - 08 - Wild goose chase, when you get to the 'go see maltla' the last stage, it do-sent show up on the map straight away, you have to wait another turn
BUG - 10 - The AI will always make contact with you from the dark parts of the map, you have no idea where that voice is coming from.

BUG - 11 - Random guardian units still spawn with the ability to cast spells
BUG - 12 - Stats and descriptions are getting mixed up within stacks
BUG - 13 - HP bug in AI cities, and captured AI cities
BUG - 14 -When you go to build from the "your build que is empty" it do-sent updated the build list, you have to get out of it and the back into it to make changes
BUG - 15 - The move of my Sovereign is altered by the group he is in(from 5, down to 2), it isn't correctly returned when he leaves for a whole turn, but other units seems less effected


BUG - 19 - Newly captured city, AI hero units don't count as being in ZOC even if you have units in that city and they are in adjacent squares
BUG - 20 - Combat lock-ups, something to do with having clicked for units to move beyond their turns moment, can only use auto resolve to get past it
BUG - 21 - cities having odd ZOC
BUG - 22 - cant get the AI to leave your ZOC if it expands around them.
BUG - 23 - insane AI amounts for peace, etc.. The AI needs to realise two different vales ''need'' and 'value', you can have a low value (ie peace when its losing, but a high need, so it knows to trade for it.) I cant end a war with the AI even when winning, i don't have the cash for it!

BUG - 24 - Icons disappearing in the list of buildings that are available
BUG - 25 - defeated an AI, but moved on top of it after combat and then had to fight him a second time.
BUG - 26 - cut scenes (ie end of game) ignore sound settings
CRASH - 26 - load crash, the game will crash when you load your last auto save after a defeat, its fine when you next restart.

 

Files in folder 02

BUG - 27replicating heroes, I have some heroes now three times after a load and playing on, and they seem to be increasing.

BUG - 28 - traped AI caravan, not leaving my city

BUG - 29 - You can not remove a once off wonder from the build list to move it, it is gone forever!

BUG - 30 - Berserk multiples the effect by party members, ie a party of 3, who have a total of 10 attack and 10 defence, should be 20 and 0, but are now 40 and 0.

 

As an after though, I have just checked, Death worship still dose not appear to be giving its bonus.

Issues resolved in current patches:

BUG - 11 - Random guardian units still spawn with the ability to cast spells

-> Fixed.

BUG - ? - As an after though, I have just checked, Death worship still dose not appear to be giving its bonus.

-> Fixed.

 

Issues we are investigating:

BUG - 24 - Icons disappearing in the list of buildings that are available

-> Looking into this one, I've seen it a few times myself.  I wish we had a save with it by reloads fix it.  We are still looking at it on our end (and I added it to the known issue list).

BUG - 30 - Berserk multiples the effect by party members, ie a party of 3, who have a total of 10 attack and 10 defence, should be 20 and 0, but are now 40 and 0.

 

Issues with not enough information to work on:

BUG - 12 - Stats and descriptions are getting mixed up within stacks

-> I don't understand what I'm supposed to be looking at in this save, and it doesn't seem to match the screenshots you provided for this issue.

BUG - 13 - HP bug in AI cities, and captured AI cities

-> I really need a save to check this out.

BUG - 14 -When you go to build from the "your build que is empty" it do-sent updated the build list, you have to get out of it and the back into it to make changes

-> I'm not sure what you mean by this, can you provide a save of it happening?

-> We've been fixing issues like this all week.  It isn't one issue.  But we have been able to get a few to do it here and get them resolved.  If you can provide a save with a way to reproduce it we will gladly look at it.

-> Looking into this one, I've seen it a few times myself.  I wish we had a save with it by reloads fix it.  We are still looking at it on our end (and I added it to the known issue list).

-> I played with your save quite a bit.  The sovereigns movement was always correct, 2 in the group, 5 when he left the group.

CRASH - 26 - load crash, the game will crash when you load your last auto save after a defeat, its fine when you next restart.

-> Need a save of this.

 

Issues with technical issues that keep us from addressing them in 1.1:

BUG- 0A) Intro ignores values in the games sound settings

BUG - 26 - cut scenes (ie end of game) ignore sound settings

 

Low Priority issues that may not be addressed in 1.1:

BUG - 0b) fraction creator - You can't change the map colour

 

WAD:

BUG - 19 - Newly captured city, AI hero units don't count as being in ZOC even if you have units in that city and they are in adjacent squares

-> In your save the ZoC hasn't spread out from the city of Iyana yet.  That will take a few turns.  They aren't adjacent to the unit in the city (the city isnt one big tile, so even though there is a unit in the city and they are adjacent to the city, they aren't adjacent to your unit).

BUG - 29 - You can not remove a once off wonder from the build list to move it, it is gone forever!

-> WAD, but hardly ideal.  I can't get a feature change like this through lockdown.  But I'll add it to the post 1.1 list so we can get it resolved in a future patch.

 

Issue left to investigate:

BUG 20 - repeatable if you follow these steps on [1.09s] (files included)

 

1 save file, 3 Debugs of the issue happening, 3 screen shoots of combat steps, 3 crash files.

 

sometimes these steps caused a crash, mostly it caused the lock up, as a side note, I don't load game files whilst playing, its too  buggy, I get these lock ups seemingly at random, but only ever when a unit is sent beyond their moment range. I repeated this about 20 times with 3 crashes. As a note, save games seem to introduce some bugs and remove others.. really odd.

Start elemental 1.09s from scratch

Click though the intro screens

Click on no to 'upgrade to 1.08'

Load game file 20a

Imitate combat with the green opponent to your south with a right click

Follow the three steps as per the pics with only right clicks in the order that the units get to move in combat

notice that the Sov can still move as per normal, click auto resolve

Assign 3 str to the champion's str

hit done at the empty city threat

hit next turn

Goto world, Options, Main, Load - Yes - and load 20a again

Imitate combat with the green opponent to your south with a right click

HP BUG, 2 saves included

Please load the 13 a file and note the HP of units in both citiies, then you can eiather swap the around your self or load the b file.

Units HP go from 37,25(in old AI city) and 18(in my capital) to 31,23(in my capital city) 36(in the old AI city)

No improvements to in cress defence in either city

I would just like to say that bugs 02,12,and 26 effect me as well.

Bug 02: Ya sometimes it doesn't show me a city.

Bug 12: When I put units in cities sometimes their hp is incorrectly displayed. It is way to high and it displays all the units max and current hp as the same. I have had this bug since pretty much release. I will see if i can get a save for this but I'm in exams and all my saves are now outdated so no promises.

Bug 26: Might be fixed, a debug from this was posted in another post and i haven't tested it in this version. Hard to get a save of this because it loads fine after reentering elemental.

Bug 15

Files 15b and 15c are just saves of the steps

Load file 15a) note the moment of the three, Jasper 2/2 Janusk 2/2 and the sovs 5/5 hit turn

note the new movement values. Jasper 0/2 Janusk 0/3 and the sov  0/2

i though when the sov disembarked from the group she would have 3 extra move points, this is how it was working before,  but why dose Janusk keep an extra point.

CRASH 26 - repeatable under the following steps in 1.09s

Set game to auto save every single turn

Load file 26a (5 crash files as well)

Play though the game doing nothing

chose only simple defaults as bellow

increase spell knowledge

"we only want peace"

Continue

Done

done

Keep hiting next turn untill the winter of 192.

Attack the city and chose auto resolve.

Load the Auto save, and crash.

no problems Derek. Haven't been able to repeat the others you've asked about, as I said, it seems those bugs disappear on a load. i will keep working on what I can under the new build
