move icons

How do I move the postion of the icons on Objectdock? I tried to drag them to a new spot on the bar but it bounces back to the original spot. Please help.

You are close, while dragging it, you will notice a space between the icon on the left and the icon on the right, to let you know if you let go of the icon, that will become its new spot. If you drag it and its too close to another icon it will reset to its original position.

Make sure in OD config that Dock Contents/ Taskbar Enabled is un-checked
