Hi,

Based on your debug.err, your crash has to do with an improvement type crash we are trying to track down. If it happens every few turns, do you have a save (that loads) from the game that keeps crashing? If you could post that, that could help us figure out the problem. Thanks.

I'm unable to find the ProgramData directory in my C drive, could it be under a different name?
