Support tickets do the debug files sent in them get looked at ?

well game will be good once they fix the bugs, I will say that the game is pretty bad buggy crashes all time I have sent after each patch the debug files to them throught the support to there email and usally they never get back with a thank you for file or anything they just usally close the support ticket on me.

so i have no idea if they actully use debug files that are sent to them or even spend time reading email out side of hitting the close button on them lol!

If you're not sure they're checking the e-mails, you could upload them here on the forums. They definitely see it here.

I use to do that, with the debug files back when befor game came out, I got supoprt guy saying dont do that, post it to some upload post it bin web page so then is tarted to do that and then linked url for debug to support page but you still got feeling that you didnt know if what you where doing was worth while or not.

After reading Midn8t's post, I decided to stop being lame and figure out to do this . I had to stop playing for awhile---that was the hard part but then--

 

I sent in a debug file & a saved game. Not only did I get a response within the hour---I also got a solution. I thought that was pretty cool.
