[1.09p] Major health bug - repeatable and getting lock-ups in combat.

AI cities seem to have have health that is too high even after you have taken them, +275% not +150%

Also, once again during combat I had a semi lock-up, unable to do anything but hit auto, after that I exited, so as to preserve the debug.err

Did you try hitting the next turn button? I've had it happen where it seems you can't do anything anymore (no action points left), but all I had to do was hit the next turn button, and continue with the battle.

As for the combat lockup, I had lockups when one of my unit had a set destination. Unsetting the destination of the unit (right-clicking on it) solved the problem.

Its happened quite often in this build, by that I mean once every 100-200 turns, no units have any points left, next turn dose nothing, I have even tyred moving from each unit one at a time and hitting next turn.. the only button that works is Auto resolve.
