Death Worshiping

I think it's a plus .1 to the multiplier.  Or it's suppose to be and you probably are not going to see it until you get stacks of units.  But I haven't checks to see if it is actually working...

even with the .1 multiplier, a 12 hit point (the new base hp) would be upgraded to 13 hp (if it was a .1 modifier).

Could a dev confirm if this is working.

I'm not sure this has ever worked.

I just checked this out, and I'm pretty sure it does nothing.
