Error, Download Verrifaication Checks failed

complete Error Text:

"Error Download Verrifaication Checks failed - press resume to try again"

Happenend while:

1. Updating to newest patch

2. resume to try again

3. Uninstalling and Reinstalling

sitenotes:

- last installed patch before this problem was 1.09n

- before the first try and still now there is an odd download size of 1.89gigs

while the actual never changing size is/was 2.23

- i played since release updating with every patch, playing till first crash waiting till next patch

I am not sure what else i could do, any help would be appreciated

Click on preferences and turnoff show pre-release versions. This will cause Impulse to show the last stable release. Install that and you'll be playing again. There has been other post regarding this problem and that's the solution given.
