Elemental Campaign caravan freeze?

So, I am playing the campaign and every time i create a caravan and try to go to another town with it, my game freezes. Turns will not advance, units will not move. I have installed the latest patch 1.09, what can i do???

This whole game is messed up. I have the latest so called patch, and my crashes got worse. I then got help from Tech support. now my game wont load at all. I want my money back!!!!
