Happy Thanksgiving those in America!, and for everyone it will be a good opportunity to think what they are thankful of in their lives.

I for one am also thankful to the crew of Elemental, who seem indeed to uphold the promises made by them, for they really strive to bring us a good game, post-launch.

Awesome work, thank you all, enjoy the weekend off or at least 1 free day? (No clue how it works over there)

In any case! Enjoy and celebrate life, all :D

I am going to make a special Native American faction, feign peace, settle in their lands, out-influence them, massacre their people without cause, and then base a cute holiday on the story.

I am thankful for being able to forget the sadness of reality with high tech entertainment!

Happy Thankstaking everyone!

I'll take that turkey AM_Shark. He looks like he's wise to the deal, and we can't have him rousing the others.

When I first saw the Happy Thanksgiving link from Brad, I thought maybe he was dropping a nice little Happy Thanksgiving patch in on us... here's hoping!

Why are dead turkeys any less horrible than eating any other animal? I'm not a vegetarian, I just don't understand this humorous sympathy for turkeys at this particular weekend.

@Frogboy thanks for making this an ongoing experience!

Because turkeys carry tiny bits of Jesus in their waddles, each and every one.

Goodgimp, your avatar freaks me out, and that makes everything you say roughly 25% weirder and scarier than it normally would be.

First time I saw that video, that image caught me so off guard I busted up laughing, and it's been my avatar (and nick) ever since.

Stuffed turkey is the traditional meat for Thanksgiving (like a Christmas ham, an Easter ham / lamb, or 4th of July grilled meat)

Are you assuming tribes, or any group of people throughout history, did not do the exact same thing to each other, albeit without the advanced European technology of the day?

Why are European ancestors demonized yet all others given a free pass?

Not to point out the obvious here, but what happened to the Native Americans was a little more than the destruction of a singe tribe or group. I mean we are talking about the wholesale decimation of hundreds of tribes and the systematic degradation of an entire race of people. Not to turn the topic away from a great holiday about giving thanks for our blessings, but to answer your question, no race, group, nation, people or otherwise are simply given a free pass for the destruction of a way of life.
