Can't update Sins of a Solar Empire

It says that either the serial or my email is wrong, but they aren't. Is there a setting or something somewhere I need to change?

I am having exactly the same problem - is anyone from Stardock watching this forum please? I have never had such a problem registering a game before - ever!!

FYI - Same here when trying to register Elemental War of Magic. Can't play the game 'cause I need the update. Can't get the update unless I register it.

Edited to add - Found on another thread to email [email protected] with your serial number and the email address you use with your Impulse account. It's frustrating but they seem happy and keen to help.
