{1.09n} Enemy faction started without food!

i was battlign 4 factions and when i had killed of 3 i went looking for the last one - and it was his main town but with only a forest tile on it (extra mats) he had no food and his pioneer was standing around doing nothing due to the fact it couldent make a new town


was also a weird map in general - all the resources where located on one side of the map and the other was blank almost.
