[1.09n] Can't build archers

Later Edit: Disregard, I missed something very obvious.

I was playing around with the faction editor, and made a faction with the Master Archers perk. When I started the game, I could design units with bows, but I couldn't build them. They didn't show up in the build cue. I researched Advanced Archery, and the game told me it had designed for me a new archer unit. It did, but that didn't show up either.

I initially thought that the Master Archers trait was bugged, so I started a new game, researched ranged weapons, designed a new archer and it still didn't appear in the build cue.

Also, the game crashes whenever I try to access the Hiergamenon.

Other than that, so far I'm enjoying 1.09n a lot.

In order to train archers now, you have to research Training, then Fortifications, and then Archery. Archery unlocks the Archery Range, which you have to build in your city before you can train any archers. Archery also unlocks the Crude Bow.

They need to change Ranged Weapons to have Archery as a prerequisite and then it'll make sense again, although having to research Training and then Fortification is an awful lot. It'd be better if Archery was available after Training, without requiring Fortification.
