toolbar icons wont change

AT first they wouldnt change at all,dl'd the latest beta of WB and they changed once but thet wont change to anything else.

Ok ,wierd they changed in IE but not explorer.

plus,now that I cant use YZ's toolbar the ms flag is back,...is there any way to get rid of it.I had forgotten how nasty it looks.
