[1.09n] CTD or the good old savegame bug is back

Less than a hour in the beta and the good old reload savegame from inside the game bug is back.

Aside from that i have some tearing even after i turned vsync on in the ATI drivers and still no button ingame for this.

Both of this was better/fixed in the last patch i tried 1.06 so how is this back?
