I have no summoning spell book?

When I create a new sovereign, I have just 5 spell books to choose from.  No summoning?  what happened?

Is that new?  Because in the past, all six books were available in the game setup area, when you make a sovereign.  In fact, I still have a saved sovereign from an earlier version of EWoM that has all six books to start.

AFAIK in the latest patch there is no summoning spell book. Summons are divided into other books. IE fire elemental is part of the fire book. Ice is part of water book etc. The general summons.. uh familiar etc are part of the advanced books you have to research. Maybe enchanment spell book is required for them as well.. idk i rarely go without it lol.

There is a summoning spellbook, you have to research it, and it has crap in it like summoning a bear and shit.  The good ones were put into the elemental spell books.

Probably not so strange if you created a custom soverign pre 1.06, I don't think it validates the soverign every game, they just removed the book from the creator not from the game. So if you already had it on a custom soverign I imagine it would remain.
