Saturday Crashes

I've been doing very well not crashing for quite a while, today I managed to have a few.

These two happened when I was trying to start the game, while I was on the main loading screen (dragon) about a minute apart:

This crash happened after I had been playing a while, I was using the elven mod if that matters.

I would have posted the save for this, but I need to track down the save game folder again, I'm probably just not seeing it.

On my Windows 7 machine, the saved games are in \Documents\My Games\Elemental\Saves

ditto on xp & vista ie the my documents/my games/elemental/saves
