Impulse Issues

So I went out and paid $50 for this game, and I installed and verified it on my secondary computer, got the update and it ran fine. Now, however, when I installed it on my main computer, and I went to update it on the same Impulse account, it says I have "invalid credentials" and I should re-connect to the internet. Obviously my internet connection is not an issue if I'm posting this. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Please make sure your system time and date are set correctly.  Also, if you have proxy information entered into Internet Explorer, Impulse may be trying to use that.  To make sure there are no proxy settings that could be interfering:

In XP, go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings:.

In Vista/7, go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings:

In Impulse, click the blue menu button and go to Preferences:

Wow, thanks for prompt reply. Yeah, it was a problem with proxy settings that weren't present on my secondary computer. Thanks a bunch! Great game, btw. I'm looking forward to many hours of sleep lost over this game!
