If I purchase a second copy of Elemental on my Impulse account, can it be played at a residence that isn't mine while I play my copy here?

if not being played on line the perhaps,

if online no, as  elemental IS tied to the impulse account that it was purchased with/added to(from a retail purchase)

Impulse isn't designed to handle multiple registrations of the same title on the same account, so it'd be preferable to use a second account if you wish to purchase a second copy.
