if you have killed the first lot of trolls near the sov, the second with the slag, and the third at the black temple, AND entered EACH of the trollcamps/black temple squares, it should complete (at least it did for me)

now we get to ask if you have the 1.09e49 version of the game. the crystal quest was faulty in 1.08, and was fixed in 1.09.

after the crystals are collected by you, you should then be able to move to the fort just east of the crystal town, and the square to the east of the fort is a lost purse that has a +1 sword in it
