Can't access Mod Library from inside game

Hi there.

When I go to the Workshop from the main menu and try to go to the mod library, the game asks for account info.  I put it in, but for some reason it says that I am not authorized and asks for me to register the game on Impulse.  I registered the game when I installed it, and my account has all the correct info.  Impulse even recognized the key as an Elemental key (it auto-filled the product selection boxes).

Any help would be appreciated.
