So it won't let me connect to get the update

I'll get on the game when I'm online and it'll prompt me that there is an update available.  I'll open up impulse and it says that it can't contact the server.

I will say that I didn't input the product key and register the program online when I first got it because I couldn't get online at the time when I installed it.  If this is the problem, how do I register it if I said no to it when it asked me? I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but the prompt didn't show up.

You can register games on the My Games tab:

 

 

But if you're not able to connect at all, that's a different issue and you should contact [email protected].

Yeah it wasn't letting me connect at all.  But it could have just been the internet I was using.  I tried getting on at my college but they block some things there (namely online games like WoW) which could have blocked connecting to Elemental online.  But I also tried using McDonald's wireless internet, which did the same thing.  

I'll try doing it over at my friends house, though.  And if it still doesn't work I'll try contacting their support.
