Difficulty change?

SoSE has been my favorite game for a long time now, however since I got my new Windows 7 64 bit AMD 6 core computer I can't get more than 20 or 30 moves before I'm overwhelmed with massive forces, even on easy level setting. Is there a possibility certain aspects of the AI are multiplied with more core processors? It is like easy has become impossible.

i've always held my own on normal level but now getting creamed on the easiest level. Where does the AI come up with 6 battleships so quick? I can go back to my old computer and play is just fine.

I bought new multicore computer too (INTEL) and dont have any problems, yes the AI is smarter but still cant do miracles. If you are a builder you should try making those fortifications and hit and run attacks? What side are you playing with? Also Sins forums are more help on these matters

I usually play single random. Like all sides. Maybe I have tryed moving out too quickly. I'll check the forums out. Thx much
