[1.09] Gildar counting error

I'm linking to the other post that has pictures as this looks like the more appropriate forum.  I'll try to post problems here in the future:

The odd number looks like some floating point math got fubar'd.  Basically I experimented to see if contributing negative amounts of cash from my opponent's side would successfully count as a reduction in value for the opponent.  Clicking on (+10) caused the wild behavior.

Not looking for an immediate solution, just reporting it.

11am here in Rome: still way too early for math (which probably accounts for certain inedequancies of mine in my early days of schooling)...

But instincively I have to agree there is something rotten in the kingdom... Although the AI this early could probably exploit me.+
