ACK! Reboot on RollUp?

I finished making new a skin. Been using it, seems ok, finding a few tweaks I need to make. ok. 
Then, I double click on the title bar of an open app window.. still ok
click on the title bar again and
on the first click, my PC reboots. On start up I get the System error report, blah-blah, submit, "Microsoft determined a Driver caused the... (notice the "A" driver) but cannot determine the cause..." I rolled back my vid driver, still happens, unrolled it so to speak, still happens. I am now losted. 
any ideas, anybody?
