Missing Caravans, help please!

I played my 1st V1.09E game yesterday and I could not find the caravan tech anywhere in the tech tree. Anyone know where they moved it, please?

I haven't noticed it has moved? Also i haven't noticed it has not moved! I just researched the usual tech under diplomacy without paying much attention and i got caravans just fine.
