Some units lock the game

Sometime in this game, some of the units do not respond to a move command. One of my sovereign units, Keappol, is in a stack near my capitol (the name keeps changing). She is also to the northwest near an opponent's lonely outpost. I can click on her and give her a move command, but she does not move. Once I am on one of these paralyzed units, the end turn button stops working. A save and reload gets things working again as long as a paralyzed unit is never selected.

I think I figured out the duplicate champions. When a girl grows up and runs away from home, and then gets married back, she sometimes has a duplicate. Weird things happen when you have duplicates.
