Having problem in the campaign with the mission to "establish a settlement to harvest 25 crystal for the Capitarian military". I sent a pioneer up to the crystal field and started a village, built a mine on the crystal field and now have over 250 crystal. How do I finish the mission and continue with the game? It won't let me explore beyond a certain point until this mission is complete.
