its very frustrating to buy a game and not be able to play it for several days waiting on a response

I hope customer support can help you.  I had a very different problem -how to update EEWoM on a PC not connected to the web.  The gentleman in customer service, who i leave leave nameless, was probably new. he suggested I "try" <fill in the blank> .  Anyway - I finally broke doen and purchased broadband for my PC.  expensive fix - but a fix nevertleless.  I had no problem at all registering and updating my EWoM.  So, please be paitent - it is worth the wait.

This game has more bugs than the Everglades...why did they release it??  The spell Teleport Friend does the same thing as Teleport btw....game crashes all the time, in combat you suddenly can't give orders and can only auto resolve, sometimes the game doesn't give you the choice to fight the combat and auto resolves it anyway(even with my Sovereign)...last time I buy one of your games.  Too bad, its fun when it works.
